This page describes the build that ships today. I checked the built HTML and the loaders: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and two Adsterra units are part of the site, the consent banner is a notice with Accept and Reject, and Reject is remembered for 180 days. YouTube stays a poster until a visitor presses Play.

Who is responsible

The publisher of https://chainle.xyz is the operator you reach at [email protected]. This policy covers chainle.xyz only. chainle.io is a different site with its own privacy policy dated October 3, 2026.

We do not sell personal information and we do not run an account database. The site is a set of static pages; the only data leaving your browser is the measurement, replay and advertising traffic described below.

Default loading, the banner, and your choice

The site loads Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra on the first page view. The cookie banner is a notice plus a withdrawal control, not a gate: Accept keeps those tools on, and Reject turns them off. A visitor who has never chosen is treated as granted, which is why the tools are already running when the banner appears.

Accept and Reject both write the localStorage key cg_consent_v1 and are remembered for 180 days. Reject reloads the page once so the vendor scripts already created on that page stop; on later visits the head script sets ga-disable-G-PVR7HMWM0D and the loaders never create Clarity or Adsterra. The footer link Cookie settings reopens the banner, and choosing Accept restores the tools. Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track set to 1 is treated as Reject even on a first visit.

The cg_consent_v1 record is JSON with ads (granted or denied), analytics (granted or denied), source (default, accept, reject, or gpc), ts (a timestamp), and exp (180 days later). It is first-party localStorage, not a cookie. Legal basis: your consent, which the banner records and lets you withdraw at any time. You can also delete the key in your browser settings.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-PVR7HMWM0D is loaded from the gtag.js loader on https://www.googletagmanager.com on every page. GA4 records page views, approximate location derived from the IP address, device and browser information, and interaction events. Google may set the _ga cookie (about 2 years), the _ga_<container> cookie (about 2 years), and the _gid cookie (about 24 hours). GA4 event data is retained for 2 months under this property’s default retention setting; Google may retain aggregated reports longer.

Legal basis: consent. The tag uses Consent Mode v2 with analytics_storage granted by default (that is how a page view is counted before you touch the banner) and the three advertising signals set to denied until you accept ads. Pressing Reject updates the consent state, sets ga-disable-G-PVR7HMWM0D, and stops further hits from this browser. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google’s privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity project z23qmtfjn0 records session replays and heat maps. The loader creates https://www.clarity.ms/tag/z23qmtfjn0 on the first page view; there is no Clarity <script src> in the initial HTML. Clarity may set the _clck cookie (about 1 year), the _clsk cookie (about 1 day), and Microsoft’s MUID cookie (about 1 year), and it stores a random session identifier. Clarity masks text and form inputs by default; we do not ask it to record passwords, payment data, or the contents of form fields.

Legal basis: consent. Clarity recordings are retained for up to 30 days, and aggregated heat-map data for up to 3 months, under Microsoft’s default settings. Pressing Reject calls clarity("consent", false) and removes the tag; later visits start with the saved refusal, so the tag is never created. Microsoft’s privacy statement is at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.

Adsterra advertising

Adsterra publisher 3403020 serves two placements on this site: Native Banner unit 31878425 (NativeBanner_1) in the page body, and Social Bar unit 31878426 (SocialBar_1) as the floating bar at the bottom. The delivery host is bicea.org. Both units are created by the site loader on the first page view, and no Adsterra <script src> appears in the initial HTML.

Adsterra and its demand partners may set third-party cookies and similar identifiers under bicea.org, and may use your IP address, device information, and the pages you visit to choose an ad. Those cookie names are issued and rotated by Adsterra, so this page does not enumerate them; the current list is in Adsterra’s own policy at https://adsterra.com/privacy-policy/. Adult advertising is switched off for this website. We do not pass your email address or any account data to Adsterra.

Legal basis: consent. The units load by default and stop when you press Reject. The floating bar has its own close button: it writes cg_adbar_closed_v1 = "1" to localStorage, removes the bar, and keeps it away on later page views until you press Show ad bar or clear site data. That close preference does not change the advertising consent record.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at https://adssettings.google.com/, https://optout.aboutads.info/, and https://www.youronlinechoices.com/. Opting out does not stop ads; it stops them being personalized. GPC is honored as a Reject.

YouTube, when you press Play

Some pages show a poster image hosted on chainle.xyz. Pressing Play creates an iframe to https://www.youtube.com/embed/fcODcuX5OWQ. That request is to Google / YouTube. YouTube may set its own cookies and read the IP address, device, and the video id in order to play the clip. We do not receive YouTube’s analytics. The iframe is not in the initial HTML and is not gated on the cookie banner; it loads when you press Play. Legal basis for loading it: your click. Retention is controlled by Google. Their policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

What else the pages load

Fonts are files on this host, not a Google Fonts request. Page images and screenshots come from chainle.xyz. There is no traffic-mesh or other banner SDK, no AdSense, no Popunder, no Banner, and no Smartlink unit. The only third-party script hosts are googletagmanager.com (GA4), clarity.ms (Clarity), and bicea.org (Adsterra); YouTube is an iframe created after a click. If that list changes, this page changes before the new script ships.

Rights, contact, and changes

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of any message you sent us, and you can object to our using that mail. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority. We have no account database to export.

Personalized advertising opt-out pages, for your browser generally: https://adssettings.google.com/ , https://optout.aboutads.info/ , and https://www.youronlinechoices.com/ . Global Privacy Control is honored as a reject, as is Do Not Track set to 1.

Material changes replace this page and update the date 2026-10-29. The footer date is the same field.

Questions

Do you use cookies?

Yes. Google Analytics 4 sets _ga, _ga_<container>, and _gid; Microsoft Clarity sets _clck, _clsk, and MUID; Adsterra sets its own cookies under bicea.org. The site’s own choice is stored in localStorage under cg_consent_v1 for 180 days, and the floating bar close is stored under cg_adbar_closed_v1.

Do I have to accept before anything loads?

No. GA4, Clarity, and Adsterra load on the first page view by default. The banner tells you and offers Accept and Reject; Reject turns all three off and is remembered for 180 days. YouTube only loads if you press Play.

How do I open cookie settings or opt out of personalized ads?

Use Cookie settings in the footer to reopen the banner and press Reject. For personalized advertising, use https://adssettings.google.com/, https://optout.aboutads.info/, or https://www.youronlinechoices.com/.
