Chainle Daily Index
Date-stamped clips are how I first noticed people talking about a single Chainle morning. A YouTube search for “chainle oct 21” on October 23 surfaced Shorts titled October 4, 11, 12, 21, and 22, from the channel Jeremy Puzzles. I did not transcribe those clips. I used them as a signal that a date page is what people look for, then built each date from the archive API instead of from the video.
How a date page is made
Each date from August 20, 2026 to the latest puzzle has its own answers page. The clues and strongest link come from chainle.io/api/archive?date=. Puzzle numbers count from August 20 as 1. I played October 23 myself. Other days are quoted, not replayed, and they say so in the first person note on that page.
A script, scripts/fetch-daily.mjs, asks the archive for any missing date and writes src/data/puzzles.json. A scheduled workflow runs it after 05:15 UTC, which is after midnight Eastern both before and after the clocks change. The site rebuilds from that file. Pages do not call the API in the browser.
