How facts are chosen

Editorial Policy

Chainle puzzle 65 result on chainle.io showing 5000 of 5000 and the pin, camera, and array rounds at 1000.
Chainle archive list on chainle.io, with earlier puzzles after the daily game is finished.

The rule I follow on puzzle pages is simple enough to audit. If I did not type the word into chainle.io, I do not give it a score. October 23, round 1, is the only place badge and emblem appear with numbers, because those are the guesses I made. Every other alternative column stays empty even when I have a hunch.

Sources we use

Rules, reset time, and scoring language come from https://chainle.io/faq. Clues and strongest links come from https://chainle.io/api/archive?date=. Domain dates come from WHOIS creation fields, not from the TLD’s older created line. Comparison facts come from the New York Times help pages, Wikipedia, krillion.io, and the other games’ own pages, each linked where used. Directories such as dlehunt are quoted only to show where they send people.

What we leave out

We do not invent a developer name, a price, a file size, or a launch day. We do not turn Krillion’s “little brother” line into a confirmed biography. We do not publish an unlimited answer list. We do not copy the FAQ in long form. If a formula is not on the FAQ, the scoring page says the formula is unpublished.

Corrections and freshness

Guide pages carry article:modified_time 2026-10-29, the day their text was last edited. Each dated answers page carries the day its archive row was fetched. A daily job fetches the new archive date at 05:30 UTC and rebuilds the puzzle pages; the answers page, the archive, and the homepage show that day. Send a correction to [email protected] with the URL and the source. We update the page and the date together.

Questions

Do you use other answer sites as a source?

No. A matching clue list elsewhere is a cross-check at most. The printed link is the one chainle.io publishes.

Who is the author on the structured data?

The publisher of chainle.xyz, identified by the organization record and the contact email. Not the Chainle developer.
